The School of Oom Yung Doe in Pittsburgh. Oom Yung Doe combines controlled movement, breathing, herbal equipment, and meditation. Oom Yung Doe teaches students to improve their mental and phyical conditions and to improve the overall quality of their lives. Oom Yung Doe teaches a combination of East Asian martial arts that allows students of all ages to benefit from a wide variety of movements (hard, soft, long and short forms).
